Light never lies but wave has nature to lie, general theory of transformation of wave energy.
Sun is transmitting the light with speed of 3×10^8, have some important properties, as all the emitted light by sun is always discontinuous in the Small small packet of energy ( quanta or photon)
And due to conservation of energy , this light energy converted to come on us , we are using energy , by conservation of energy, so when we see anything the existence of anything is due to light , direct incident of that ray to that body get reflected And refracted it depends upon the refractive index of that body and critical angle , so light direct transfer positive response , so when we speaking to someone else the eyes can't speak lies because it has only tendency to reflected back the action of light . So people say eyes can't say lie , because light does not contain any negative energy source ,it has only positive energy source, that is why we feel comfortable on light source comes out of dark . Light source always feel some positivity due to logical sense of our brain . So light is positive , it transfer positivity ..
Remarkable thing is that source of every light is positive energy source.
WAVE can be positive or negative ,it depends upon the location, which type of wave will exist, if there is no sun light so no positive energy source will exist there, the area of that place will be colder than other place at same location , you can feel it . Your body can feel negative energy and it's effect . The particles around there has no vibration , so all the particles are discharge no additional charge will cause Field. Wave can be positive it can be feel at there where direct incident of sunlight is present , like temple , high tower building , near river , these positive energy is due to direct transfer of light from sun , which contains only positive energy , so all that place even Less sun light the positivity can be feel .

Negative source
Dark is the source of negativity and light is the source of positivity..
